Customer Service Commitment
For plan participants Script Care offers a dedicated staff of Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) whose goal is to respond to questions and to provide assistance in obtaining the prescription drug products covered by the plan. Each CSR has full on-line access to the Script Care claims and administration system and can view plan provisions and actual prescription transactions to provide help in a matter of moments.
